Proposed site plan
Our proposal includes the following key elements:
- 19 new retail premises, comprising an exciting mix of shops, restaurants and cafes, including dedicated space for a high-quality produce offering similar to Leo’s.
- A highly considered collection of architecturally designed mid-rise buildings comprising of 194 dwellings. This includes a mix of one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments. As well as town homes and low-rise residences, ensuring a broad offering of homes is made available – Ten per cent of these dwellings will be key worker housing, supporting people who provide essential services to the community by improving to more affordable homes well located suburbs.
- A comprehensive new landscaped laneway strategy that connects Athenaeum Place into the site and beyond to the adjoining open space network.
